LUGGAGE
Our staff is prepared to hold luggage for WTC10 attendees who need it on any day of the event. If you would like to store your luggage, please bring it to our Information Table. We will give you a tag to retrieve your belongings when you're ready.
The Leadership Dinner is a networking opportunity where leaders in education, mental health, policy, technology, and healthcare can connect while enjoying an exclusive dinner held immediately after Day 2 Sessions. PURCHASE ORDERS
Purchase orders are available for School Sites, School Districts, and LEAs. All other organizations will need to pay via credit card on our website.

Payment for registration(s) must be received within 20 business days to attend the event. If payment is not received within 20 business days, registration(s) may be canceled.
Previous account balances must be brought up to date within 20 business days of registration and have a zero balance to avoid registration cancellation.

USE OF LIKENESS POLICY
By attending the 10th Annual Wellness Together Conference (“WTC10”), you acknowledge and agree to grant Wellness Together, Inc. the right to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness at the conference in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or payment from you. This grant to Wellness Together includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media. If registering for a third party, I agree to inform them of the "Use of Likeness" Policy prior to the event.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
