What We’re Looking For

This year, we’re reimagining breakout sessions to prioritize relevance, practicality, and innovation. We are curating a limited number of high-impact sessions that directly align with our conference theme:

Connect | Equip | Inspire

Seeking proposals that offer:

New & Innovative Approaches

Fresh ideas and creative interventions that challenge the status quo and introduce cutting-edge practices.

Immediately Actionable Takeaways

Step-by-step frameworks, replicable resources, or guides attendees can start using the next day.

Practical & Accessible Strategies

Clear tools that are easy to understand, adapt, and implement across diverse educational and clinical settings.

Engaging & Interactive Experiences

Hands-on workshops that promote collaboration, movement, and meaningful participation.

Priority Topics for 2025

We highly encourage presentations focusing on:

    • Ethical considerations, safety practices, and real-world applications of AI and digital tools in schools and clinical settings. We are seeking thought leaders—not product pitches—to help educators and mental health professionals navigate these tools responsibly.

    • Navigating boundaries, impacts on wellness, and school-wide strategies.

    • Case studies and data-driven insights on the effectiveness of school policies and programs related to student tech use.

    • Leadership development, time management, personal sustainability, and strategies for leading teams, schools, districts and organizations with clarity and care.

    • How to find, build, and maintain funding for school-based mental health programs.

    • Lessons learned and practical strategies for implementing innovative or replicable funding models that others can adapt in their own settings.

    • Multi-tiered systems of support, integration with education, and case examples.

    • Sustainable staffing models, cross-agency collaboration, and strategies for expanding access to care on campus.

    • Practical strategies and proven models for implementing and scaling school-based or community mental health programs.

Submissions that align with these key areas are strongly encouraged.
