FAQs

  • If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to a colleague.

    Registration transfers can only be made within the same ticket type. In-person badges cannot be transferred to virtual passes, and virtual passes may not be transferred to in-person badges.

    The event organizer pays many conference-related fees in advance. Therefore, refunds will only be processed within five (5) business days after the registration date. Refund requests will be processed in the order requests. Refunds will not be accepted after September 1st, 2024.

  • Tickets for the two-day SMWC7 can be found HERE. In addition to participating in all two days of the live event, registrants will also receive access to breakout session recordings for ten months of continued professional development. Keynote Sessions are available to attend live only. In-person tickets includes tickets to attend Laughing Together, a FREE comedy night raising awareness for student mental health.

  • There are a select number of breakouts available at the in-person an virtual events. Wellness Together is a CAMFT Approved provider of CE courses. The CE courses offered during the conference meet the requirements for CEs for LMFTs, LPCCs, LCSWs, and LEPs licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

    Select breakout sessions are eligible for CEs. A CE certificate will be awarded at no additional cost to registered attendees present for the entirety of the CE-eligible course. Completion of the course quiz and evaluation are required to obtain a CE. No refunds will be provided.

    NOTE: Not all conference sessions are CE courses. If you anticipate attending a CE course, please confirm in the conference schedule, located at wellnesstogether.org/conference, which sessions are CE courses. For additional questions, please email CEU@wellnesstogether.org.

    *** Attending in person is the only way to receive continuing education hours. Continuing Education presentation recordings are not eligible for a completion certificate.***

    PARKING

    Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) parking hours, off-site parking facilities, hotel parking availability, and more can be found HERE. ​​Prices vary based on the event. The standard parking rate at the ACC is $20. Note that the ACC does not accept cash—plan to use your credit card to pay. Parking is also available at nearby hotels at varying rates.

  • Refreshment Breaks

    Refreshments will include coffee, tea, and water offered during designated breaks. Light snacks will also be provided during the morning break on Thursday and Friday. Water bottle refill stations are located throughout the Anaheim Convention Center and will be available throughout the event. In-person attendees are encouraged to bring snacks and a water bottle for easy refills and to stay comfortable throughout the day.

    Is WiFi Available for Attendees?

    Yes, the Anaheim Convention Center offers complimentary wifi. After connecting to the Wifi, you will need to create an account to gain access to the venue’s wifi.

  • Wellness Together’s Student Mental Wellness Conference app will be available soon. Attendees, speakers, and exhibitors may use the app to access session time, keynotes and speaker information, resources, and sponsor/exhibitor info.     Wellness Together’s Student Mental Wellness Conference will be hosted on the second and third floors of the Anaheim Convention Center! We are excited to offer more in-person breakouts than ever before!

    Parking is available at the Anaheim Convention Center and nearby hotels. Plan to pay $20+ for parking with a credit card. Parking rates are subject to change based on event activity in and around the Center.
