Calm is an app for Sleep, Meditation and Relaxation. The app may help you experience better sleep, lower stress, and less anxiety with guided meditations, Sleep Stories, breathing programs, stretching exercises, and relaxing music. Calm is great for beginners, but also includes hundreds of programs for intermediate and advanced users. Guided meditation sessions are available in lengths of 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 minutes so you can choose the perfect length to fit with your schedule.

This website offers a curated list of free tools and resources as well as an Educator Help Desk where experts will answer your online learning questions. Sections include Educators & Leaders, Free Tech for Learning, Ideas & Tips for Parents, and Webinars & Podcasts.

App: Clear Fear
Clear Fear provides a range of ways to manage the symptoms of anxiety. Developed by a clinician co-collaboratively with young people, Clear Fear helps change anxious thoughts and emotions, alter anxious behaviors and calm fear responses. It also has helpful descriptions of the different ways in which anxiety presents, resources and a 'grit box' to boost resilience. It is recommended for the ages of 11-19 years but can be used by a younger group with the support of a parent or carer.
